After signing a contract, we can apply for financing HOA approvals and permits. We will conduct a pre-construction meeting and review all of the selections for your home with the project manager.
When construction begins, we will make sure you receive weekly updates on the progress of your home. We will request draws at certain milestones of the construction process such as slab pour, framing and drywall. Meetings will be held to review a thorough checklist of items to verify all options selected are installed as expected.
At this point, we will familiarize you with the maintenance and operation of your home. We will also identify touch-ups and adjustments that need to be corrected prior to the closing of the house. We strive for 100% completion prior to move in.
