We have been living in our modern home for almost a year. Adam and his
staff have been great to work with. They are respectful and willing to
correct issues when they arise. I am disappointed in the some of sub-contractors assigned to my house. I was onsite on a daily basis from ground breaking to final walk through, and watched very close the quality of the contractors assigned. Some of issues encountered as of today.
0. Electrical breakers tripped. CORRECTED
1.AC ducting was leaking in the attic, and the AC closet was not sealed well.
CORRECTED
2.Foundation crew punctured the sewer pipe and after closing had to tunnel
under the foundation to repair it. CORRECTED No issues since
3. Initial roofers did not complete some of the final work. Adam came out and finished the work. Almost completed.
1. Insulation was done well
2. Rock work very good
3. Welding done well

Adam Wilson builds a great house and they make sure it meets or exceeds the specifications. They gladly and professionally answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Adam WIlson has a great staff to work with. They have a relationship with a top notch designer to make custom plans that fit your needs. The cabinets are custom made, solid wood.
Adam Wilson stands behind his product after the construction and sale is complete, also.
I definately recommend Adam Wilson Custom homes. I have been inside at least four other houses he built and they all are superb.
