During the plan design phase, we identify the rooms and style that fit your needs and budget. We make sure that selections for the plan design are complete before we start construction so that the building process will go smoothly, and ultimately be more enjoyable. When attending a plan design meeting, it is helpful if you bring photos and images of what you want for your home to help the designer and architect see specifically what you like.

Once the plan design is complete, we will put together a custom proposal to build your home.
